Job summary

GI Properties LLC is seeking a fast, detail-oriented Freelance Video Editor to handle high-volume real estate video content. You will edit 20 videos per month across Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and walkthroughs, with Arabic voiceovers and captions, ensuring instant turnaround and strict deadline adherence.

The role requires expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus color grading and animated captions, with a remote work setup and tight collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

• Deliverables: 20 fully edited real estate videos per month (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs).
• Language: Must be fluent in Arabic (native or professional working proficiency) to handle voiceovers, captions and on-screen text.
• Speed & reliability: Instant turnaround and strict adherence to deadlines; submit edits on the same day upon request and maintain fast communication during working hours.
• Skills: Expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, dynamic hook creation, color grading, royalty-free audio selection, and animated captions.

Responsibilities

• Deliverables: 20 fully edited real estate videos per month (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs).
• Language: Must be fluent in Arabic (native or professional working proficiency) to accurately handle Arabic voiceovers, on-screen text, and captions.
• Speed & Reliability: Instant turnaround and strict adherence to deadlines are critical. We need someone who submits required edits on the same day upon request and maintains fast, active communication during working hours.
• Skills: Expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, dynamic visual hook creation, color grading, royalty-free audio selection, and animated captions.

Compensation & Terms:

• Fixed Retainer: AED 3,000 per month for 20 completed videos.
