Pegas Touristik, Dubai is a leading company in the travel and tourism industry , specializing in delivering premium travel experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Bing Ads , specifically targeting audiences in GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) .

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Bing Ads targeting GCC audiences.
  • Conduct market research and audience segmentation tailored to the GCC region .
  • Optimize campaigns for Arabic and English-speaking audiences in the GCC market.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Implement A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Bing Ads Manager .
  • Stay up-to-date with advertising trends in the GCC region, platform algorithm updates, and industry innovations .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management.

Proven expertise in TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Bing Ads .

Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation .

Experience running PPC campaigns specifically for GCC markets .

Familiarity with local consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and Arabic-language ads is a plus.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and data analysis tools .

Ability to optimize ad spend and improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
