Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our global team, working remotely from anywhere in the world. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting businesses with exceptional talent and are looking for a flexible working arrangement.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, which includes understanding client needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing support throughout the hiring process. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different industries
  • Source candidates using diverse channels like job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements
  • Provide candidates with feedback and updates during the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities for reporting and analytics
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and organize multiple tasks
