Job summary

Evolution Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Freelance Branding Manager for a fixed-term contract (Oct–Dec 2026). You will oversee on-site branding production and installation, coordinate with creative and production teams, review artwork to site specs, and manage schedules and approvals for multiple project sites in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute to project sites.
• Proven experience in brand management, branding production, event branding, site branding or visual marketing execution.
• Practical understanding of large-format printing, signage, vinyl applications, fabrication, production materials and installation methods.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with experience managing production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review, refine, and adjust artwork files to site dimensions and production requirements using Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Coordinate with branding and production suppliers, manage scopes, materials, quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and creative team to refine artwork and secure approvals before production.
• Prepare and manage detailed schedules covering artwork approvals, production milestones, delivery logistics and on-site installation.
• Coordinate production and delivery of all branding collateral ensuring materials, dimensions and finishes meet specifications.
• Oversee branding installation across project sites in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements and branding requirements.
• Identify potential production or installation issues and coordinate solutions with project teams and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, maintain records and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage last-minute artwork revisions and on-site requirements within deadlines.
