Job summary

The Bussola Group, a boutique recruitment consultancy in aviation, events, and Emiratization talent, seeks a freelancer for ongoing IT support and social media management on a retainer basis. Dubai, UAE, remote/hybrid with occasional on-site support.

You will troubleshoot IT issues, set up Microsoft 365 accounts, manage CRM/ATS, and run social media content calendars across LinkedIn and other platforms. Strong copywriting and design skills are essential for engaging recruitment content.

Qualifications

• Freelance experience covering both IT support and social media management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic networking/troubleshooting.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, ideally with recruitment/B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

About the Role

The Bussola Group, a boutique recruitment consultancy specializing in aviation, events, and Emiratization talent solutions, is looking for a freelancer to manage our basic IT support needs and run our social media presence on an ongoing retainer basis.

IT Support Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Set up and maintain Microsoft 365 / email accounts
• Support CRM/ATS platform setup and basic administration
• Manage data backups, basic cybersecurity hygiene, and access controls
• Available on-call/as-needed basis for urgent issues

Social Media Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram (and other relevant platforms) content calendar
• Create and schedule posts: job openings, company updates, industry content, thought leadership
• Basic graphic design for posts (Canva or similar)
• Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries/comments
• Track growth and engagement metrics, report monthly

Requirements

• Proven freelance experience covering both IT support and social media management
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, basic networking/troubleshooting
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, ideally with recruitment/B2B experience
• Portfolio of previous social media work (LinkedIn preferred)
• Reliable, responsive, able to work independently with minimal oversight
