Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an organized professional to support the Free Zone Operations Department in Dubai. You will handle registration, amendments, and service requests through the online portal, verifying documents and coordinating with clients to obtain missing information.

You will also oversee cross-government projects (ESR, DFZC, TEC), maintain regulatory guidelines, and ensure UBO and AML compliance in all filings while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Free Zone operations or regulatory administration.
• Strong knowledge of company registration processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with UBO, AML, FATF, and ESR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Free Zone Operations Department.
• Manage registration, amendment, and service requests via the online portal.
• Verify and document requirements and liaise with clients for missing docs.
• Coordinate cross-governmental projects such as ESR, DFZC, and TEC.
• Maintain regulations, guidelines, laws, and collateral material relevant to the free zone.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders to fulfill requests accurately and timely.
• Validate documents to ascertain UBO and ensure AML compliance.
• Monitor the Free Zone Portal and engage with IT teams for BRD and UAT sessions to enhance systems.
