instashop, part of the Delivery Hero family, is seeking a Coordinator Fraud Analyst in Abu Dhabi to identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity across orders and transactions. You will analyze data, detect patterns, and support fraud prevention measures to mitigate risk.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, escalation of risks, and delivery of regular fraud-focused reports to management. Fluent English and Arabic are essential in this fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years in fraud prevention or 3+ years in customer operations, preferably in e-commerce/online payments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction and order data to identify potential fraudulent activity.
• Investigate suspected fraudulent transactions to determine root causes and trends.
• Support development and implementation of fraud prevention controls and processes.
• Review customer accounts for indicators of fraud (account takeover, identity theft).
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and escalate risks.
• Monitor evolving fraud trends and recommend best practices for implementation.
• Prepare and present fraud-related reports and KPIs to management.
