Roles & Responsibilities:
The Franchisee Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of the company, developing franchising opportunities, and providing continuous support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of both the franchisor and franchisees.
- Franchise Opportunity Marketing
- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the company’s franchise opportunities to attract new franchisees.
- Develop and monitor the budget for franchise development, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Franchisee Identification, Selection, and Development
- Research potential markets for new franchise launches and advise the CEO/Board on opportunities.
- Identify and explore potential franchisees in selected markets.
- Screen potential franchisees by analyzing investment requirements, potential, financials, experience, and vision.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with franchisees.
- Oversee the launch and development of franchisees according to agreed terms.
- Franchisee Management
- Assist in developing franchise business plans.
- Monitor financial performance and KPIs to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Act as the main contact between franchisees and the franchisor, addressing issues promptly.
- Support daily franchise operations including standards, stock, customer relations, staffing, finances, and expansion.
- Ensure deployment of company systems and processes at franchise locations.
- Develop sales and marketing tools and promotional activities to support franchise growth.
- Maintain brand consistency across all franchise communications and marketing.
- Develop and conduct franchise audits.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies, including franchise agreement renewals and fee collections.
- Franchisee Training & Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees and their staff.
- Ensure staff are trained to deliver service aligned with company policies.
