Job Description
Drafting franchise proposals & agreements by analyzing brands' functional & business requirements, negotiating, and closing deals.
Identifying potential locations within the designated zone for franchise development.
Identifying channels for franchise development
Charting out the roadmap and developing marketing strategies for franchisee development.
Identifying potential brands to add to the group portfolio.
Experience working with international brands and concluding franchise agreements.
Experience acquiring Master Franchise rights for international brands for clients.
Attending exhibitions & seminars, applying various methods for lead generation.
Maintaining and following up with brands for conversions.
Expanding the current franchisee network by converting potential leads into franchisees.
Leading & managing negotiation processes, including commercial & legal aspects.
Developing business cases and supporting financial models for new opportunities.
Reporting and monitoring activity and performance against targets on a monthly/quarterly basis per management processes.
Coordinating with departments for smooth store openings.
