About the Client: A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Job Description:

1. Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion then recruit, screen, and select potential franchisees.
2. Assist new franchisees in the setup process, including site selection and store opening.
3. Make regular market and store visits to ensure brand standards and operational guidelines are implemented.
4. Collaborate with franchisees to manage buying budgets to ensure efficient inventory levels and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in franchise management, retail operations, or business development.
3. Strong knowledge of franchise laws, regulations, and contracts.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and budgeting tools.
