Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and present them with the menu.
  • Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
  • Suggest food and beverages, and upsell when possible.
  • Take food and beverage orders and record them accurately.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle change.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
  • Fill in for absent staff across F&B areas as needed.
  • Enter orders and special requests into the POS system.
  • Assist guests and address their queries.
  • Work collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and service.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Maintain proper dining experience, including delivering items, offering desserts and drinks, and clearing courses.
  • Open and pour wine at the table properly.
  • Maintain grooming and appearance standards.
  • Understand and communicate products and services offered at the hotel, which is a resort offering fine dining, activities, and amenities.
  • Have basic cooking knowledge and complete menu familiarity.
  • Assist with answering phones and financial transactions.
  • Print closing reports, handle cash, and coordinate with the front office.
  • Reconcile credit card settlements daily.
  • Close shifts on the POS system.
  • Follow hygiene and HACCP standards and SOPs.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Proactive, energetic, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Knowledge of products/items sold.
  • Proficiency with Micros system.
