1. Greet and welcome guests warmly
2. Manage appointment bookings and cancellations
3. Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
4. Check-in clients and confirm treatment details
5. Communicate guest preferences to therapists
6. Upsell treatments and spa packages
7. Promote and sell retail spa products
8. Handle billing, payments, and receipts
9. Maintain client records and treatment history
10. Keep the reception area clean and organized
11. Prepare daily schedules and reports
12. Coordinate with spa therapists and housekeeping
13. Ensure a calm, relaxing ambiance at the front desk
14. Monitor stock levels of retail and reception supplies
15. Follow spa hygiene and safety standards

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a guest-facing role (spa or hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and wellness terminology
• Sales skills for promoting treatments and retail products
• Comfortable with booking software and basic computer systems
• Ability to handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a serene spa environment
