Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure proper functioning of all equipment, lighting, plumbing, and furniture.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance work for any room-related issues, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general room upkeep.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize guest disruption.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained in excellent condition before guest check-in.
• Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies needed for room repairs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Report any major malfunctions or problems to the Engineering Department or Maintenance Manager for further action.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to address any room-related issues that affect guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the work environment.

Requirements
