Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services: Check guests in and out, provide information about the hotel and local area, and address guest needs or complaints.
  2. Financial Reporting: Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, including room rates, taxes, and additional charges to ensure accuracy.
  3. Account Reconciliation: Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and balanced.
  4. Data Entry: Input and update guest information and reservations into the hotel management system.
  5. Security Checks: Monitor hotel security, ensuring guest safety and compliance with emergency procedures.
  6. Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to resolve issues promptly.
  7. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all transactions, complaints, and incidents during the shift.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency in computer systems and accounting software.
  • Availability: Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Years of Experience: 1 year and above.
  • Languages Required: English.
