We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong content creation and social media management skills to join the marketing team in The Heart of Europe hospitality sector, home to voco Hotels’ adults-only island experiences in Dubai.

This role blends strategic marketing responsibilities with hands-on creative execution. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage brand presence, and produce high-impact digital content, while also owning the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.

We’re looking for a marketing all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven environment and has a proven background in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle.

Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for hotel rooms, events, F&B, and seasonal activations
  • Coordinate with PR, agency, and brand partners for joint marketing efforts
  • Align brand messaging across digital, print, and on-property touchpoints
  • Track campaign KPIs and produce weekly reports with insights and recommendations
Social Media Management
  • Own and manage all organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms in line with the content calendar
  • Handle community management including DMs, comments, guest interactions, and escalation
  • Monitor social performance and suggest real-time adjustments based on trends and insights
Content Creation
  • Capture daily on-property content including reels, stories, and static posts
  • Shoot and edit videos that highlight events, guest experiences, lifestyle moments, and property features
  • Plan and execute weekly content shoots with internal teams
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content
  • Proven experience in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated ability to create Reels and mobile-first video content
  • Skilled in social media scheduling tools and community management practices
  • Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite
  • Ability to work on-site from The World Islands, including weekends and evenings for events
