We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong content creation and social media management skills to join the marketing team in The Heart of Europe hospitality sector, home to voco Hotels’ adults-only island experiences in Dubai.
This role blends strategic marketing responsibilities with hands-on creative execution. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage brand presence, and produce high-impact digital content, while also owning the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
We’re looking for a marketing all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven environment and has a proven background in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle.
This is not your typical hotel marketing role. You will be the voice, the vision, and the vibe of an emerging lifestyle brand set on Dubai’s most iconic islands.
