Day to day

As a Lobby Hostess at our prestigious 5-star hotel, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression for our esteemed guests. Your warm demeanor, impeccable grooming, and exceptional interpersonal skills will contribute to providing a memorable and seamless guest experience from the moment they step into our luxurious lobby.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes while accurately handling payments and ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
  • Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel, offering a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, ensuring guests are well-informed.
  • Assist guests with luggage, coordinating with bell staff to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
  • Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing lobby area, ensuring it reflects the luxury and ambiance of the hotel.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests for guests.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to hotel policies.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of local events, attractions, and dining options to assist guests in making the most of their stay.
