Your day to day
  • Daily Revenue report and Operations report
  • Front Office - Income audit data collection and segregation (During weekend it takes long time due to 03 days data)
  • Non Trading worksheet maintenance and JV (During weekend it takes long time due to 03 days data)
  • Revenue DOP- (During weekend it takes long time due to 03 days data)
  • Revenue Balancing Micros Vs Opera (During weekend it takes long time due to 03 days data)
  • Negative Postings (Rebates) - (During weekend it takes long time due to 03 days data)
  • Paid outs, Cash Refunds, Telephone report and other Misc. Reports for Rooms related DOP
  • Daily TD Fee Reconciliation (Double Time during weekend)
  • Lee Club Room adjustments and Non Trading - Tracking sheet etc. if required
  • Checking emails and replying - Varies
  • DOP distributions to departments (F & B, Rooms, Revenue) for approvals
  • Reviewing the DOPs after getting back from Departments and preparing folders for signature
  • Reversal of Ledger I JVs and final postings into Ledger A & I after closing the day
  • Statistics JVs (Manager Flash) preparing and postings
  • Income Audit Folders circulation through Executive office
  • Average time distribution for weekend working because we have three days audits on Sunday
  • General cashier House bank Float Checks
  • Forecast Update in DRR Portal
  • Income Audit Filing
  • VAT Reconciliation
  • Fixing the PMs for store rental and memberships etc.
  • General cashier Witness
  • Cash Spot checks Front office and F & B
  • Daily Revenue report and Operations report
  • Front Office - Income audit data collection and segregation (During weekend it takes long time due to 03 days data)
