  • Receive room service orders via phone, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
  • Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.

Guest Interaction:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, being polite, attentive, and responsive.
  • Address dietary requirements and communicate with the kitchen.
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Coordination with Departments:

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and relevant departments for timely service.
  • Communicate changes or special requests effectively.
  • Monitor order status and follow up for timely delivery.

Billing and Payments:

  • Ensure accurate billing and process payments according to hotel policies.
  • Address billing inquiries or discrepancies promptly.

Inventory and Supplies:

  • Maintain and report on inventory levels of supplies.

Cleanliness and Organization:

  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
