  • Check emails and attendance records.
  • Coordinate with departments on daily staffing needs.
  • Follow up on new joiner documentation and onboarding.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in recruitment logistics.
  • Issue offer letters and prepare onboarding kits.
  • Maintain and update employee records and trackers.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime inputs.
  • Assist in payroll input and processing.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and birthday celebrations.
  • Coordinate training sessions and attendance tracking.
  • Support uniform, ID, and locker issuance.
  • Prepare daily HR reports and handovers.

  • 1–2 years HR/admin experience (hotel industry preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of HRMS/payroll systems.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasker.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
