  • Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments. Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless operations and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Strong integration or pre-opening experience with a proven track record in setting up operational systems, hiring operational staff, and establishing brand standards.
  • Spearhead a smooth transition and integration of Yas Plaza Hotel operations to a fully integrated 5-star family resort and world-class destination within Abu Dhabi.
  • Oversee all operations, implement strategies and set up operational systems to support a successful hotel consolidation, rebranding and relaunch.
  • Optimize efficiency, productivity, alignment, and leadership across all key departments, ensuring goals are met and guest satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Anticipate and carefully balance operational challenges and demands from the business during the integration phase, including hiring and coaching operational teams to deliver excellence, addressing guests’ needs, and liaising with owners and brand management.
  • Embrace technology and digital guest services to enhance operational efficiency across the complex.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Report financial performance to the managing director and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve service delivery and operational processes.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in service delivery.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements. Engage with guests to understand their experiences and expectations. Classification : Internal General Purpose
  • Provide leadership and guidance to department heads, fostering their professional development. Conduct regular meetings to review departmental performance and address challenges.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among staff at all levels. Encourage teamwork and recognize team achievements.
  • Collaborate with the managing director on strategic initiatives and business development plans.
  • Build strong and credible relationships with all key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, i.e., general manager of a large-scale resort.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
  • UAE Experience will be added advantage
