1. Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
2. Maintain buildings, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities.
3. Inspect facilities and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
4. Review job order to determine work priorities.
5. Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations and guest and owner satisfaction.
6. Complete preventative maintenance program items in coordination with plan.
7. Perform pool and spa maintenance.
8. Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
9. Follow all safety procedures.
10. Ensure Master card/Key/mobile/vacuum machine/Ladder sign in-out.
11. Guest room PPM and the Daily PPM rooms to check and carry out the job.
12. Guest room/Apartment request attending.
13. RSM request attending.
14. Make sure plant room reading taken as per the timing.
15. Check the PPM check list and carry out the PPM as per schedule.
16. PPM for FCU, EXF, PUMPs, Electrical DB, Dimmer panel, Fky killer, Kitchen PPM.
17. Apartments request attending.
18. While doing the PPM use the PPE.
19. Responding immediately for any emergency request for fire alarm, water flooding, gas alarm etc.
20. Report any hazard during work.
21. Report any abuse of equipment/ Energy.
22. Plant room regular visit, maintain clean and tidy.
23. Sump pump cleaning and PPM.
24. Chiller yard rounds/inspection.
25. Booster heater/pumps monthly PPM.
26. PRV PPM and monthly checks.
27. Ice machine filter replacement monthly.
28. Generator PPM.
29. Monthly meter reading.
30. Energy conservation to monitor.
31. Daily Pending works to be followed up without fail.
32. Ensure Side Kick PPM completed as per the schedule plan.

1. Strong – sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling.
2. Literate – you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths.
3. Flexible – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
4. Compliant – as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language.
5. Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
