  • ·Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out

    ·Escort guests to rooms and provide personalized room orientation

    ·Handle unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe polishing

    ·Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests

    ·Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experience

    ·Serve in-room dining, beverages, and arrange private setups

    ·Ensure rooms are clean, well-stocked, and tailored to guest preferences

    ·Maintain butler pantry inventory and amenities

    ·Collect and update guest preferences for future stays

    ·Upsell hotel services and enhance guest satisfaction


[requirements]

·1–2 years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role

·Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred

·Excellent communication, etiquette, and service skills

·Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

·High attention to detail, discretion, and guest care

·Well-groomed and professional appearance

·Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
