Summary:

The Franchise Field Service Representative (FSR) serves as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and compliance with company standards. This role involves conducting on-site visits, providing training and support, and assisting franchisees in achieving business success while upholding the brand’s values and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service quality.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to franchisees on improving operational efficiency, product quality, and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze franchisee performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in action plan development.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to marketing, promotional, and branding requirements set by the franchisor.
  • Assist in training franchise staff on operational best practices, new product rollouts, and updated company policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns, troubleshooting operational challenges, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on franchisee performance, site visits, and key operational insights for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
