Job summary
Huda Beauty is seeking a Product Development Manager - Fragrance to lead the fragrance development lifecycle from concept to launch. You will translate trends into compelling fragrance concepts, manage supplier relationships, and align packaging and regulatory considerations with the wider PD team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of fragrance development experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of fragrance trends and consumer sensibilities.
- Proven ability to translate market insights into concept development and briefs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with PD, marketing and packaging teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate key trends into strong fragrance concepts and propositions.
- Track new ingredients, claims and competitive developments for fragrance ideas.
- Develop and manage fragrance concepts, textures, and sensory experiences.
- Create detailed briefs for suppliers including ingredients and claims.
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development from inception to launch.
- Collaborate with PD, operations, product and brand marketing to ensure timeliness.
