Job description

Position based in Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi

Reporting to the Middle-East & India Fragrance & Beauty Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of your business, leading the team, developing client loyalty while ensuring compliance with the Brand’s business strategy and image.

Team Management and Engagement

  • Communicate vision, strategy, and clear direction to retail staff
  • Motivate and retain the boutique team members
  • Supervise the organization and team efficiency, monitor objectives, encourage teamwork, share knowledge and expertise
  • Support team members in their individual development and coordinate with training team on individual needs

Business Development

  • Pilot and coordinate all boutique activities in accordance with the strategy and objectives
  • Ensure the business strategy is understood and deployed in the boutique
  • Control, monitor, share, and report the business financial and budgetary indicators related to the boutique's results
  • Develop and coordinate sales to achieve business objectives in line with the budget and action plan
  • Analyze sales and implement corrective actions as needed

Client Experience

  • Ensure excellence in client service according to the Brand's standards: create a unique experience for each client
  • Support the sales team on the shop floor
  • Encourage the team to manage, develop, and utilize the client database
  • Implement strong CRM and clienteling strategies at the boutique level to engage and retain clients
  • Coordinate events, installations, and maintenance to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain the retail space according to Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Oversee daily boutique operations and resolve operational issues with support from the retail manager
  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring control procedures are followed to minimize discrepancies
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the boutique
  • Liaise with suppliers for boutique supplies
  • Plan and execute steps to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, combined with a strong analytical and intercultural approach.

You should have at least 5 years of experience in boutique management within a luxury retail environment, with a strong knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly in fragrance and beauty.

Fluent English language skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
