Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hydraulic fracturing operations at well sites to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Lead and manage field operators and technicians involved in frac equipment operation and maintenance
• Oversee setup, calibration, commissioning, and readiness of fracturing equipment before operations
• Monitor pump rates, pressures, and fluid volumes during operations and make real-time adjustments
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failure
• Enforce ADNOC Drilling health, safety, and environmental policies at all times
• Ensure safe handling of equipment, materials, and fluids in compliance with safety protocols
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and fluids teams to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
• Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment performance, maintenance, and incidents
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management review
• Train, mentor, and coach field personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety practices
• Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client asset integrity management codes

Ideal Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in fracturing operations and equipment maintenance
