Job summary

You will operate frac pumps, blenders, hydration units, and sand handling systems, while coordinating with the crew to meet job designs and quality standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in fracturing, 2–3 years in a senior operator position, and a technical diploma. English proficiency and adherence to HSE policies are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing within oil and gas.
• 2–3 years in a senior operator role or similar.
• Completion of all HSE courses for hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor frac equipment to execute fracturing jobs per designs and specs.
• Supervise the frac crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and calibrations to prevent downtime.
• Record pumping rates, pressures, fluid volumes, and proppant concentrations.
• Ensure adherence to UAE and company HSE policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior operators and crew.
