About the Role:

Moon Tech invites a bold and strategic CTO to lead our technology function through an exciting new phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments and is passionate about building scalable systems, leading high-performing teams, and applying technologies like AI, automation, and smart integrations to create impactful digital experiences.

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping Moon Tech’s technology roadmap in line with our broader business vision. From engineering and architecture to DevOps and technical product delivery, you’ll oversee all core tech functions while driving innovation, performance, and long-term scalability.

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll bring both strategic insight and technical depth to guide the evolution of our product and platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall technology vision and architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Overhaul and optimize existing systems and infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

• Drive automation across operations, integrations, and internal workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction.

• Spearhead the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into both product development and internal tooling.

• Build, mentor, and scale a cross-functional engineering team, setting standards for code quality, agile practices, and delivery.

• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to turn complex challenges into innovative, tech-driven solutions.

• Establish technical KPIs and oversee the successful delivery of roadmap milestones and product features.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations across all platforms and systems.

• Manage tech budgets, vendor selection, and infrastructure costs with a focus on efficiency and ROI.

• Represent Moon Tech in technical conversations with partners, stakeholders, and potential investors.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a fast-scaling, product-focused tech company.

• Deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), DevOps, and modern architecture principles.

• Solid background in AdTech, AI, automation, influencer marketing, or social media technology platforms.

• Demonstrated success building and scaling digital products from the ground up with hands-on involvement in key architecture decisions.

• A balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with strong project management skills.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills able to influence, inspire, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
