Overview

We are seeking an experienced FRAC Operator to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The FRAC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydraulic fracturing equipment at well sites. This position requires a high degree of skill, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic fracturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor and control pumping operations during the fracturing process.
• Perform pre- and post-job equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Ensure all job activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment usage, and safety checks.
• Assist in rigging up and rigging down equipment at the well site.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) procedures at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing operations (preferred).
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of oil and gas field operations and related equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in challenging environments, including remote locations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the job.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable with extended periods of standing and operating machinery.
