Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage financial models to evaluate strategic projects and investments.
2. Develop dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance.
3. Collaborate with leadership to establish realistic budgets and forecasts.
4. Conduct variance analyses between actual and forecasted performance and recommend corrective actions.
5. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Identify and implement processes to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Profile:

1. Degree in finance, economics, or equivalent (CFA or MBA is an advantage).
2. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in technology or innovative sectors.
3. Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
4. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
5. Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.
