Job summary

Director & Co. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager (AFM) to strengthen the FP&A function across the Facilities Management and Real Estate portfolio.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, delivering management reporting and business performance insights to support growth and profitability. You will partner with senior leadership, enable data-driven decisions, and advance automation and dashboard development using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, management reporting, or finance business partnering experience.
• Experience within Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Construction, or related sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and advanced financial modelling.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) completed must.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics ERP is highly desirable.
• Hands on with Excel and can handle heavy data files and churn out insightful outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting across the FP&A function.
• Provide business performance analysis and strategic decision support to senior leadership.
• Partner with operational, commercial, and executive teams to drive insights and value creation.
• Automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization for dashboards.
