A brand-new boutique Reformer Pilates studio is launching this August — and we’re searching for a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join us as a founding team member. If you're passionate about mindful movement, love building real connections, and want to help shape a warm, client-first community from the ground up, this is your chance to make a lasting impact in a space that values quality over quantity.

The Package:

- Salary: Up to AED 12,000/month (approximately US$ 3 267)- depending on experience and qualifications

- Commission: 35% on private sessions

- Discretionary Bonus

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead safe, effective, and engaging group Reformer Pilates classes

- Deliver private and duet sessions as needed

- Assist with front desk and light admin tasks

- Support marketing and content creation for social media

- Help convert trial clients into loyal members through soft sales

- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and clean studio environment

Who We’re Looking For

You are a certified, confident, and client-focused instructor who thrives in a community-oriented setting. Ideal candidates will be:

- Certified in Reformer Pilates (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, etc.)

- Minimum of 1 year experience

- Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and warmly

- Experienced in boutique, premium, or small-group fitness environments

- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about building member relationships

- Comfortable supporting day-to-day studio operations and social media engagement

** UAE based candidates preferred
