Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the 0→1 product vision and roadmaps for the Life Sciences vertical. You will collaborate with leadership to translate market access and contracting knowledge into a sequenced product plan while developing deep expertise in manufacturer economics.

You will drive early-stage concepts through real customer validation, turning pricing and contract data into valuable products with Engineering and Data, and build direct relationships with

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership.
• 5+ years in health tech with understanding of healthcare data and payments.
• 3+ years working with pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturers.
• Proven ability to ship high-complexity, 0→1 solutions in startup environments.
• Subject-matter credibility in manufacturer contracting and economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the 0→1 product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life Sciences vertical.
• Partner with the GM/SME to translate market access and contracting knowledge into a sequenced product plan.
• Develop domain expertise in manufacturer economics including chargebacks, rebates, and gross-to-net.
• Drive early-stage concepts through iteration and validation with real customers.
• Turn pricing and contract data assets into products in partnership with Engineering and Data.
• Build direct relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device customers.
