GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar invites applications for an outstanding Music Teacher to join our founding team from January 2027. The role includes teaching Music and Humanities, bringing passion, creativity and subject expertise to our students in a brand-new British-curriculum school in Dubai's Nad Al Hamar.

As one of the first educators, you will help shape the culture, curriculum and learning experiences, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Music/ Humanities or relevant subject with a recognised PGCE and QTS.
• Both newly qualified and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, with a genuine passion for supporting younger learners and a commitment to developing their practice within a supportive school environment.
• A genuine passion for working with young learners and creating positive, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment and differentiation strategies to support the progress and achievement of all students.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued, is encouraged to build confidence and is supported to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with a positive approach to working with colleagues, students and the wider school community.
