GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar invites applications for an Inclusion Teacher to join the founding team from October 2026. You will work within a brand-new campus delivering a British curriculum from FS1 upwards, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, wellbeing and student growth.

As one of the first educators, you will shape culture, contribute to curriculum design, collaborate with colleagues, and help create an exceptional learning environment where every child can flourish from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Special Education or SEN or equivalent with QTS or equivalent.
• Master’s in SEN preferred.
• Newly qualified and experienced teachers encouraged to apply, with passion for inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support students with additional learning needs in an inclusive environment.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse learner needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and wider school community to enhance learning.
