Job summary

Docebo is seeking a founding member for the Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge AI tech with real-world impact. You’ll partner with strategic customers to map L&D workflows and create reusable platform capabilities, shaping our FDE function from the ground up.

You’ll define success, translate customer challenges into generic platform features, and own the lifecycle from discovery to deployment in an AI-first learning environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
• Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• A strong customer-centric focus with the confidence to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• You don’t wait for clear specs or structured hand-offs; you own from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Autonomous Intelligence.
• Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers to map complex L&D workflows and opportunities for agentic AI integration.
• Architect custom AI agents—design, build, and deploy bespoke agents that integrate with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub Drive Platform Evolution.
• Translate hands-on customer insights into platform enhancements, turning bespoke client solutions into scalable features.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and architecture to production, monitoring, and optimization.
• Build the founding FDE team culture and internal playbooks while defining the technical roadmap and cross-functional org design.
