Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy.
• Experience in consumer products, fintech, or high-trust environments.
• Portfolio required to showcase your process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing content and build a systematic approach for customer communication.
• Take ownership of all in-product copy and documentation.
• Define and evolve Ziina's voice and tone based on user insights.
• Contribute directly in Figma on user scenarios alongside Product and Design.
• Build AI-assisted content workflows for efficient quality scaling.
