Job summary

Retaglobe Technology Services LLC is seeking an Executive Associate to work directly with the Founder on daily operations and strategic initiatives. The role involves building AI agents, automation workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, while driving social media strategy and client outreach.

You will coordinate with teams in India, UAE, UK, and the US, travel internationally as needed, and enjoy mentorship and ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Background in software development or CS-related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founder on daily operations and strategy.
• Develop and manage AI agents, automation workflows and tools.
• Lead social media marketing with content strategy and performance tracking.
• Support sales efforts including outreach, proposals and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with teams across multiple countries and travel as needed.
• Be available for extended hours and international meetings when required.
