Job summary

MoonTech is seeking a campaign manager to own the campaign schedule, bookings, coordination, and execution, enabling founders to focus on messaging. You will build the complete campaign calendar and secure media opportunities across the Gulf region.

The role requires experience leading campaigns from planning to execution, a strong PR/events background, and a broad regional network to coordinate with founders and executives. Travel across the GCC may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a campaign from planning through execution.
• Background in PR, communications, events, or campaigns.
• Strong regional network across GCC especially Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the complete campaign calendar.
• Secure press coverage, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and speaking engagements.
• Organize founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings.
• Manage founder schedules, travel arrangements, briefings, and preparation.
• Coordinate PR agencies, event partners, content teams, and external suppliers.
• Track deadlines, bookings, follow-ups, deliverables, and overall campaign progress.
• Identify and resolve issues independently.
• Provide clear weekly progress updates, risks, and next steps.
