Job summary

HRsource seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) in Dubai to own technical delivery across enterprise accounts. You will work with client teams and executives to identify business challenges, design production-ready AI solutions, and turn deployments into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities include client discovery, AI engineering, data integration, and collaboration with product teams to expand adoption across customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience shipping production software using Python and/or TypeScript.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered applications or AI agent workflows into production.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, evaluation, and production reliability.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and product thinking, with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Confidence working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to own technical delivery across enterprise accounts. You will work directly with client teams and senior executives to identify business challenges, build production-ready AI solutions, and turn successful implementations into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Solution Design

• Work with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions tied to measurable outcomes.

AI Engineering & Development

• Build and deploy production-ready LLM workflows, AI agents, and agentic applications.
• Develop tools, integrations, and workflows using Python or TypeScript.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and human approval controls to ensure reliable AI performance.

Data Integration & Deployment

• Integrate client data and external systems through APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and maintainable in production.

Product Collaboration & Account Ownership

• Own technical delivery across enterprise accounts and demonstrate measurable business value.
• Turn client feedback into reusable integrations, workflows, and product features.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption and scale successful solutions across customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping production software using Python and/or TypeScript.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-powered applications or AI agent workflows into production.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, evaluation, and production reliability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG, multimodal AI, model fine-tuning, or agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with MCP servers and AI coding tools.
• Arabic language skills or experience in adtech, creator marketing, retail media, or CPG.
• Knowledge of enterprise data privacy, security, and data residency requirements.

Location & Travel

• Full-time, office-based role in Dubai.
• Regular travel to Saudi Arabia and occasional US travel.

What Success Looks Like

• Day one: Take ownership of up to five enterprise accounts.
• Six months: Establish critical AI workflows across at least two accounts and a rapid client feedback-to-product loop.
• Twelve months: Deliver successful outcomes across all five accounts and establish repeatable processes for scaling implementations.

Practical engineering ability, ownership, and demonstrated production experience matter more than formal credentials.
