Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate loading, unloading, and transportation of inventory while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
• Stack and organize inventory according to company standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and reporting stock movement.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
• Comply with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
• Valid forklift certification/license – 7/8
