ForkLift/Light /Heavy Driver

Urgently required for a reputed automobiles spare parts trading company dealing in heavy vehicles, trucks, and trailer parts: male Forklift / Light / Heavy Drivers for the warehouse (forklift) & delivery of goods all over UAE (Light / Heavy).

Responsibilities:

1. Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
2. Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
3. Collect payments and issue receipts.
4. Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage.
5. Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
6. Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
7. Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest.
8. Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
9. Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
10. Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Driver.
2. A valid driver’s license.
3. A clean driving record.
4. Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50).
5. Familiarity with GPS devices.
6. Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
7. Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
8. Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
9. A polite and professional disposition.
10. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).
11. A high school diploma.

Also, he needs to assist the helper in loading/offloading the materials and should be ready to join immediately.
