Job summary

A rapidly expanding international broker seeks an Affiliate Manager to develop and manage their global affiliate program. This role requires a strong, active affiliate book in the Forex/CFD sector and a proven track record in affiliate management. You will negotiate high-value deals, support affiliates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, all while working in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow the company’s global affiliate program, with a focus on high-value partnerships.

• Leverage your existing affiliate book to bring onboard active affiliates and IBs.

• Negotiate and implement CPA, CPL, and hybrid deals to maximize ROI.

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Identify new partnership opportunities across global markets, with a special focus on MENA, Europe, and emerging regions.

• Provide ongoing support to affiliates, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.

• Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams for smooth affiliate onboarding and tracking.
