The Foreman - Painting supervises the painting and coating activities, ensuring that all surface preparation, application, and finishing work comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role involves planning daily tasks, assigning responsibilities to painting crews, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and efficient completion. The foreman enforces strict health and safety protocols, including proper use of protective equipment and adherence to environmental regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.

Beyond direct supervision, the foreman coordinates with quality control inspectors, engineers, and project management to ensure all painting work meets inspection criteria and technical standards. They review coating procedures and specifications, resolve on-site issues, and oversee material usage and equipment maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital to delivering durable, high-quality coating applications that protect assets and enhance project longevity.
