Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Mechanical Foreman to oversee and coordinate the mechanical activities in a poultry processing facility. This role involves supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
  2. Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance in the area of responsibility.
  3. Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
  4. Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan.
  5. Development of Spare Part Strategy.
  6. Identification, Development, and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
  7. Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide RCA & PDCA Process.
  8. Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.
  9. Management of Maintenance Budget.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 Years in Meat & Poultry Processing industry.
  2. At least 3 Years in the maintenance department in multinational companies.
  3. Education: Mechanical Engineer Diploma or High School Certificate.
  4. Must have working English proficiency.
