Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fit-out, joinery, marble, tile, and screed activities at the site
• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Assign duties to workers, monitor productivity, and manage site manpower
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager/Engineer
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and adherence to safety protocols

Experience Required

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Foreman in fit-out and joinery works
• Hands-on experience in marble, tiles, and screed works is essential
• Ability to read drawings, assign tasks, and supervise site activities effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
