Job description

Supervise and lead site workers and subcontractors to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Coordinate daily construction activities according to plans and schedules.

Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure work is carried out accordingly.

Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage, reporting any shortages or issues.

Maintain quality control and ensure work meets required standards and specifications.

Enforce safety regulations and ensure all site activities comply with HSE standards.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers for smooth execution of work.

Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in villa, high-rise, or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

Proven leadership and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of construction reporting tools and MS Office.
