Qualifications

Reports to : Project Engineer / Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities such as excavation, reinforcement, concrete works for substructure, superstructure and infrastructure works.
• Carry out and supervise maintenance works as per the approved Program of works.
• Ensures that approved drawings, method statement, risk assessment and permits are used on the site.
• Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following approved drawings, plans and specifications.
• Inform and Coordinate with Project Engineer / Site Engineers / Supervisors of materials as per actual site requirements.
• Delegate work to the charge hands / technicians, as applicable.
• Ensures that the workers are instructed to use the right tools and correct drawings
• Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Promotes safety awareness and adherence to safety rules as per project and company standards.
• To perform daily toolbox talk with the site crew and discuss the work plan on daily basis and maintain records.
