About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project, you will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site, focusing on civil and structural works
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements
• Ensure construction work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work, taking corrective actions when necessary
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes
• Communicate effectively with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, work diaries, and labor attendance records
• Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew
• Identify and report site issues or risks promptly to site engineers or project managers
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines

What do we need from you

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil Infrastructure construction, with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality and local construction site requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
• Solid knowledge of construction health and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Goal-oriented approach to project management and task completion
