Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner to drive sales, profitability, and inventory for our Own Brand footwear across channels. You will translate range plans into timely stock delivery and optimize assortments using data-driven insights.

You will work with Buying, Finance, Retail and Ecommerce to forecast and manage stock, address aging inventory, and protect key delivery dates. 4–6 years in planning, a related degree, and tools like Blue Yonder/SAP are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in merchandise/product planning, ideally in a monobrand or own-brand environment.
• Hands-on experience managing both short and long lead-time supplier models.
• Understanding of planning tools such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or equivalent systems.
• Experience across Retail and Digital is preferred; Omni-channel experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and Open to Buy (OTB) by collaborating with Buying, Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce teams.
• Maintain Monthly and Weekly Sales and Stock Intake (MSSI/WSSI) plans and optimize stock levels.
• Own forecasting and re-forecasting by analyzing sales performance and market trends.
• Support inventory management with accurate stock tracking and alignment with forecasts; manage allocation and replenishment.
• Manage lead times across short and long lead-time supplier models and adjust buy/reorder strategies.
• Perform option count and depth analyses to provide actionable insights.
